I lived and was educated in Dover having moved to Kent from Lancashire and Cheshire. My husband was in the Army so I know other parts of England, Germany and Belgium.
I have lived in Canterbury for over 30 years and am very involved in the life of the Cathedral both as a Guide, Trainer and worshipper. I trained in Hotel and Catering.
I am a member of ‘NADFAS’, ‘The Glaziers Company’, the ‘National Trust’ (East Kent Centre) ‘English Heritage’.
I work with several Cruise Ship Agents and have booked guides for shore excursions from Dover for 16 years.
I am a member of our local Gardening Society and Conservation Society and have spent many years with the Girl Guides from Brownies, Guides, Leader and Trainer and as District and County Commissioner.
